About Me

I'm a physical therapist focused on helping people reduce pain, rebuild confidence, and return to movement with a clear plan. Every session is one-on-one and tailored to your body, lifestyle, history,and goals.

Over 30 years l've worked with everyone from high-performance athletes to individuals dealing with complex injuries. I don't just teach wellness-- I live it. As an athlete myself, I understand what it takes to stay strong, move well, and perform without pain.

My approach combines hands-on treatment, movement coaching, and practical strategies you can carry into everyday life - so you're not just getting out of pain as quickly as possible, you're moving forward with confidence and improving your quality of life and longevity.
